Dopl LLC (“Dopl” or We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of Dopl’s terms and conditions accessible at as such may be amended by Dopl from time to time (the “Terms”). The Dopl Website is intended for use by users located in the United States only and the laws of the United States shall apply to our collection of information and to Dopl’s use of such information. We only scan minors and collect data and information from them with the prior written consent of such minors’ parent or legal guardian. By providing us your consent in such method as we determine from time to time, you represent that you are of the age of majority and the parent or legal guardian of the minor being scanned. If we, in our sole judgment, determine that we do not have the necessary authority, we reserve the right to decline to proceed with the scanning and/or reject an Order, each without any liability to the Customer.

Children Under the Age of 16

The Dopl Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Dopl Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined below) from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the Dopl Website or through any of its features, register on the Dopl Website, make any purchases through the Dopl Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Dopl Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Dopl Website.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy policy, we will post the updated policy at the Dopl Sites or our Order forms and update the date of this privacy policy’s last revision at the top of the page.  Your placement of Order(s) or allowing Dopl to scan you constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
